“Geographically-determined relevance deprivation syndrome” is going to be the noun-phrase of the day. ๐Ÿ™Œ

For no other reason that it’s a great phrase, and also that it’s real.

Also learnt from the same article that it’s been 40 years since the formation of the Australian Electoral Commission, and 100 years since the introduction of compulsory voting: two of three aspects of our voting system I absolutely love (the third being proportional voting).
