Made a coffee this morning, a long black, which smelt awful. Poured it down the sink, and made another one. Same coffee, same cup, same machine. It wasn’t great, but was quite a bit better. I don’t make great coffee but I’m not sure how the first one got so bad (my guess is the tamping).
