I wonder what has become of serverless. It was all the rage eight years ago, and everyone was telling us how great Lambda is. But it feels like the pendulum as swung back to plain-old servers running in VMs or K8S clusters. Was it price? Lock-in? Or maybe I’m just not paying attention anymore.
