The Pragmatic Engineer newsletter had an issue about engineering leads leaving the industry. I won’t elaborate on the reasons (you can probably guess) but I found it grating to read due to all the business speak. All this talk about equity and ROI: hardly relatable information for a salaried employee like myself. Perhaps I’m not the target audience of these.
